How it works for a dental clinic
- 1The patient asks for an indicative quoteThey come to learn what their treatment would cost, not to hand over a phone number. That is what makes them start.
- 2The quiz filters by treatment, urgency and budgetWhich treatment they want, how long they have put it off, when they want to start and what budget they have in mind. Pure price shoppers drop out.
- 3The qualified patient lands on WhatsAppThe front desk receives the case already summarised: treatment, urgency, timeline. The call starts with booking, not with an interrogation.
What the dental quiz asks
These are the qualifying questions in the ready-made template. You can change every one of them.
- 1What concerns you most?
- 2How many teeth are missing or need treatment?
- 3When would you like to start treatment?
- 4Would interest-free financing interest you?
Dental clinic FAQ
- Can I collect health data in the quiz?
- The template does not ask for medical history or diagnoses: it asks about interest in a treatment, urgency and timeline. Health data is a special category under GDPR, so the recommendation is to leave clinical detail for the consultation and use the quiz only to qualify intent.
- How do I filter out people who only want a price?
- With two questions: when they want to start, and the budget they have in mind. Anyone answering that they are just looking with no date is marked unqualified and never takes up front-desk time.
- Should the quiz give an exact price?
- It does not need to, and usually should not. An indicative range does the job: it gives the patient the number they came for and leaves the firm quote for the first visit, where the actual case can be assessed.
- Does it work for clear aligners or only implants?
- It works for any high-ticket treatment where the patient compares before deciding: implants, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry. You change the questions in the visual editor for whichever treatment you want to fill.
- Do I pay per response received?
- No. Leads are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. You pay a flat monthly price, never per response.

- 📵The lead is not picking up: what to do before writing them offThey asked for a quote two hours ago and now they will not answer the phone. It is almost never disinterest — it is an unknown number ringing in the middle of their day.
- 🔢How many questions a quiz should have (and in what order)Forms with 3 to 6 fields get completed most, and every extra field costs roughly 4% of conversion. That is enough to design the whole sequence.
