Cookie Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on quizanta.com, on published quiz funnels, and inside funnels embedded on our customers’ own websites.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Similar technologies such as localStorage work the same way for our purposes and are covered by this policy.

2. Strictly necessary

These keep the service working and cannot be switched off: your session cookie (so you stay signed in), a CSRF/security token, your interface language, and the record of your cookie decision itself.

A published funnel also stores a short-lived session identifier so that answers from the same visit belong together and a refresh does not create a duplicate lead.

Under EU rules these do not require consent, because without them the service you asked for cannot be delivered.

3. Optional: marketing pixels on funnels

A customer can attach an advertising pixel (for example Meta) to their own funnel. On a funnel hosted by us, that pixel loads only after the visitor accepts it in the cookie banner; if they decline, no pixel is loaded and no advertising identifier is set.

Declining never blocks the funnel — you can still answer the quiz.

4. Embedded funnels

When a funnel runs inside an iframe on someone else’s website, our banner deliberately does not appear: consent for that page belongs to the host site, and showing a second banner inside the embed would be confusing and would not reflect the host’s configuration.

If you operate a site with an embedded funnel, you are responsible for collecting consent there before optional pixels fire.

5. What we do not use

We do not run third-party analytics or advertising cookies on our own marketing pages or in the dashboard. Funnel statistics are produced on our servers from the events themselves and do not rely on cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.

6. Changing your choice

Accept and Decline are equally available, and nothing optional is set before you choose. You can change your decision at any time by clearing site data in your browser, or through the consent controls on the host site for embedded funnels.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies in your browser will prevent signing in.

7. Retention and contact

Your cookie decision is stored for up to 12 months, after which you will be asked again. Session cookies expire when the session ends. Pixel lifetimes are set by the respective provider.
