1. Who we are

Quizanta is operated by Denis Malov, sole proprietor, Mlinska ulica 22, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia.

2. The service

Quizanta lets you build quiz funnels, publish them on a Quizanta link or embed them on your own site, collect leads and view funnel analytics.

Available features depend on your plan. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Quizanta.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.

4. Your responsibilities for the leads you collect

You decide what a quiz asks and what happens to the answers, so for that data you are the controller and we act on your instructions — see the Privacy Policy.

You must have a lawful basis for collecting the data, tell respondents who you are and what you do with their answers, and honour their requests. Do not use Quizanta to gather special-category data (health, beliefs, biometrics and similar) unless you have a valid basis for doing so.

You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading or deceptive content, for spam, or to collect data you have no right to collect. We may suspend content or accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

5. Data protection and the DPA

For the leads your quizzes collect you are the controller and we are your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement at /dpa forms part of these Terms: by creating an account you accept it, and we record the date and version you accepted. No signature is required — write to support@quizanta.com if your organisation needs a countersigned copy.

The providers we use are listed at /subprocessors, including whether each can access lead data. Lead data is stored in the EU (Germany).

6. Plans, fees and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page.

By subscribing you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge the applicable fees each billing period until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refunds & Cancellation policy.

7. Your content and intellectual property

You keep all rights to the content you upload (questions, images, texts, logos). You grant us the limited right to host, process and display it in order to provide the service.

Quizanta, including its software, design and trademarks, remains our property. These Terms grant you no rights to it beyond using the service.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service or parts of it, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

9. Termination

You may stop using Quizanta and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or applicable law.

After termination your published quizzes stop being served and embedded funnels stop loading. Export the leads you need beforehand.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for loss of data or profits, or for how you use the leads you collect. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Maribor, Slovenia have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to these Terms and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
