Where does it hurt?

5 questions and we tell you which session to book

How it works in a physiotherapy clinic

  1. 1Where it hurts and since whenBack, neck, shoulder, knee or a sports injury, and whether it is days, weeks, months or years that come and go. That alone separates a single session from a long course.
  2. 2Red flags are asked separatelyNumbness or loss of strength, fever or weight loss. Anyone ticking those does not get an appointment: they get told to see a doctor. Three referrals no diary should have to discover on the plinth.
  3. 3And what they want out of itStop the pain, get back to training, regain movement or fix posture. The same area with different goals is a different plan, and you call knowing which one to propose.

What the physiotherapy quiz asks

Physiotherapy FAQ

Can a quiz triage without diagnosing?
It diagnoses nothing: it recognises a handful of signs that require medical assessment and, when they appear, stops offering an appointment and recommends seeing a doctor. That is the opposite of opining on the case; it is refusing to treat it over the internet.
Don't you lose patients by referring them out?
You lose one session and gain the only reputation that brings patients in a neighbourhood. And a good share of those people come back with a diagnosis and a referral — exactly the patient you want.
What questions should a physiotherapy quiz have?
Area, how long, how it started, red flags and goal. In that order: the flags come before the goal because they change how the quiz ends.
Is asking about symptoms compliant with data protection?
It is health data and treated as such: asked with explicit consent, nobody identified until the last step, stored in the EU, with configurable retention and deletion.
Do I pay per response?
No. Leads are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. You pay a flat monthly fee, never per answer.
