Take cases with legs, not half-hour enquiries

What kind of accident was it?

5 questions, an answer today

How it works for injury claims

  1. 1Type of accident and whose fault it wasTraffic, work, a fall in a public place or medical negligence, and whether the fault was the other party's, shared, their own, or still unclear. That is the first real fork in the case.
  2. 2The medical record, as a photoThe report can be uploaded from the phone. A legible photo of the paper saves three questions and half a consultation, and tells you whether the injury is documented before you pick up.
  3. 3The time limit closes barred casesDays ago, under six months, under a year, or longer. Anyone outside the limit gets a clear explanation instead of an appointment that was going to end in a no.

Law firm FAQ

Isn't it delicate for a form to say a case has no legs?
The quiz does not rule: it filters on objective facts — fault, documented injury and time limit — and the ending says a lawyer reviews the case. Whoever falls outside is told why, which is more than they get today after waiting a week for a call that never comes.
Why ask about the time limit before anything else?
Because a time-barred case is not rescued by a good interview. Finding it in the first question saves the appointment, and saves that person three days of hope.
What questions should an accident quiz have?
Type of accident, fault, whether they were seen and it was recorded, the report itself, and the date. Those five tell a firm whether the case qualifies before an hour goes into it.
Can you ask for medical reports through a form?
It is health data, so it is asked in the final stretch, with explicit consent, and only if the visitor wants to attach it; it is never required to continue. Data is stored in the EU with configurable retention and deletion.
Do I pay per response?
No. Leads are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. You pay a flat monthly fee, never per answer.
