How it works in a gym
- 1They come for a plan, not for a priceThis month's offer attracts price comparers. «We'll propose a plan for your days and your goal» attracts someone thinking about training, which is not the same person.
- 2Goal, level and formatLose fat, build muscle, health or competition — more than one can be ticked — how much they train now, and whether they prefer a personal trainer, small groups or their own plan. That is enough to make your proposal specific.
- 3The days, which is what actually predictsThey are asked to be realistic, and anyone answering that they have no free day gets an honest ending instead of a membership they will cancel. It is the filter that protects your churn rate.
What the training quiz asks
These are the questions in the ready-made template. You can change every one of them.
- 1What do you want to achieve?
- 2How much do you train now?
- 3How many days a week can you come?
- 4How would you rather train?
- 5What monthly budget are you working with?
Gym FAQ
- Why not ask about budget straight away?
- It is asked, but last. Put budget first and the visitor compares you with the gym next door on a number; put it after the goal and the days and they compare you on the plan. Same fact, two different conversations.
- Isn't turning someone away counterproductive?
- Someone with no day a week cancels in month two and leaves a lukewarm review. Saying so early costs one membership and saves a cancellation, a win-back attempt and a bad review.
- What questions should a gym quiz have?
- Goal, current level, available days, preferred format and budget. In that order: price gets asked once there is a plan to talk about.
- Does it work for self-employed personal trainers?
- It is the most direct template for that: there are no prices in the flow, and «personal trainer» appears as one of the formats. The outcome is a proposed plan, which is what a trainer sells.
- Do I pay per response?
- No. Leads are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. You pay a flat monthly fee, never per answer.

Lead scoring: which questions actually predict a saleAn 80-point lead is not worth more than a 40-point one if the questions handing out those points have nothing to do with closing. How to pick the questions, spread the points, and check that the scoring is right.
How many questions a quiz should have (and in what order)Forms with 3 to 6 fields get completed most, and every extra field costs roughly 4% of conversion. That is enough to design the whole sequence.
The lead is not picking up: what to do before writing them offThey asked for a quote two hours ago and now they will not answer the phone. It is almost never disinterest — it is an unknown number ringing in the middle of their day.
