The first question is the date, and there is a reason
Nothing else matters if that Saturday is already taken. The quiz asks it first and spares you the conversation that ends in «what a shame».

When is the wedding?
If the date is not fixed yet, put the approximate one
How it works with couples
- 1The date, before anything elseIt is the one fact that can end the conversation in a second, so it goes first. If the day is free, everything after it goes towards building the right quote.
- 2Guests, coverage and styleHow many they will be, whether it is the full day, ceremony only or a couple's session, and which style they like — documentary, posed, editorial — with more than one allowed. By then you know which gallery to send.
- 3The quote goes out by emailA couple does not answer an unknown number, but they do open a message with prices and a full gallery from a real wedding. The template asks for email on purpose.
What the wedding quiz asks
These are the questions in the ready-made template. You can change every one of them.
- 1What should we cover?
- 2Which style do you like?
- 3What budget do you have in mind?
Wedding photographer FAQ
- Why ask for an email and not a phone number?
- Because the work is sold by showing photographs, and photographs are shown in a message. Besides, whoever is planning a wedding is juggling ten suppliers: they reply when they can, not when the phone rings.
- Should the quiz ask about budget?
- Yes, but after style and coverage. Asked first, it has them comparing you on price with the next photographer; asked last, after they have described the wedding they want, the conversation is already about what they will receive.
- What questions should a wedding quiz have?
- Date, guest count, coverage, style and budget. Five, in that order, with the date always first.
- Does it work for other wedding suppliers?
- The structure is the same for catering, venues, music or video: date availability rules, and the rest defines the quote. The middle questions change, the order does not.
- Do I pay per response?
- No. Leads are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. You pay a flat monthly fee, never per answer.

- 🚪The leads you lose before the submit buttonMost people who start a form never finish it, and the step they quit on is almost always the phone number. What to do with those people instead of writing them off.
- 📐The four quiz-funnel metrics that matter (and the ones you can ignore)Cost per qualified lead, completion per screen, share qualified, and time to first contact. Four numbers run a funnel; most of the rest is decoration.
