How it works for winning listings

  1. 1They come to learn a value, not to leave detailsThat is the whole difference between a contact form and a tool. The owner is not asking to be called: they are finding out something they have wanted to know for months.
  2. 2Size, condition and property typeWith the built area, the condition and whether it is a flat, house, plot or shop, the calculator returns an indicative per-square-metre valuation — and says on the same screen that the real one depends on floor, light and condition.
  3. 3The timeframe separates seller from browser«As soon as possible» and «I haven't decided» are two different people with the same house. The quiz scores on that answer, and tomorrow's call list sorts itself.

What the valuation quiz asks

  1. 1What do you want to do?
  2. 2What kind of property is it?
  3. 3What condition is it in?
  4. 4When would you put it on the market?

Estate agent FAQ

Isn't an automatic valuation risky?
Giving a firm figure is risky. The quiz gives a per-metre area guide and says, on the same screen, that an agent adjusts it against real sales on their street. That sentence is precisely why they take the call.
How does it tell a real seller from a curious neighbour?
By the timeframe. Someone who would sell now scores high; someone who only wanted the number still enters your database, just not tomorrow's calls. Both are useful, at different times.
What questions should a valuation quiz have?
What they want to do, property type, built area, condition and selling timeframe. Five — and exactly the ones an agent asks by phone before deciding whether to go and see it.
Can it capture buyers too?
The first question already includes buying and renting, and the flow branches. But the business is in winning stock: buyers come on their own once you have something to show them.
Do I pay per response?
No. Leads are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. You pay a flat monthly fee, never per answer.
