How it works in an aesthetics clinic
- 1What they want improved, and wherePermanent hair removal, pigmentation, acne marks or wrinkles; and the areas as a multi-select, because almost nobody comes about one. That combination is what sets the number of sessions.
- 2History and skin typeWhether they have never been treated, or are coming from another clinic, and how they describe their skin. In laser work, skin tone drives the device and the protocol — asking first avoids a consultation that starts from zero.
- 3And by whenThis week, this month, or just looking. The same person with two different timeframes is two different calls, and this week's goes first.

Aesthetics FAQ
- Can the quiz promise a result?
- No, and the template is written not to: it delivers an indicative plan and invites a free consultation. Advertising treatments with a health purpose is restricted by law, and a promised outcome is exactly what must not appear.
- Why ask about skin type?
- Because in laser it drives the device, the protocol and the number of sessions. It is the question that saves half of the first consultation and avoids booking someone for a treatment that, in their case, is not done the same way.
- What questions should an aesthetics quiz have?
- Goal, areas — multi-select — previous treatments, skin type and timing. Five, and the areas are what turn «I'm interested in laser» into a quote.
- How is this data handled?
- It is asked without identifying the person until the last step, with explicit consent, stored in the EU, with configurable retention and deletion. It is information about someone's body and is treated as such.
- Do I pay per response?
- No. Leads are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. You pay a flat monthly fee, never per answer.

It ships with multi-select areas and an indicative plan that promises nothing.
